**Q: Has anyone had a problem with the Velcro not sticking together well ?**
A: Not since I used them and I had to apply them everyday for about 90 days from post surgery.  I never had that problem at all.

**Q: How long does it stay cold for ?**
A: Hi Customer,
Please place Relief Expert Ice Pack for Leg, Knee and Hip into package included zipper bag, then place it into freezer for at least 4 hours. Make sure freezer has been set at below -0.4°F/-18℃. Then enjoy cold therapy for 15-30mins. Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes.

Absolutely excellent for leg pain. Velcro has lasted quite some time with no fraying. Take it out of the freezer about 5 minutes before you want to put it on. Then mold to your leg and attach velcro straps.
