Just paint onto a dark background for a strong effect, or a lighter one for a more subtle effect, use the magnet to create the cats eye effect (counted to 20 which was plenty of time to create the effect), then cure. I took a peek before wrapping... the box, varnishes and packing are lovely! Unfortunately the small magnet wand is hidden underneath (with poor english really tiny "instructions" on the magnet that I had to photograph & blow up to read), varnishes dont mention cats eye and there are no instructions, so would be easy for gift recipient to just throw the box and magnet without realising these are catseye :(Just with a set of instructions these would be perfect! Not sure if they were missed or not usually included?
