**Q: Is the pad washable**
A: The pad sure appears to be washable.  I don't recall seeing any care instructions on it, but it looks like it could be washed, and I plan on washing mine after camping with it.

**Q: Do these still ship with the old carry case that won’t fit the pad?**
A: The pad fits in the carry case if you wrap it around the folded cot.

**Q: Do they sell parts? My daughter stepped on the edge and the pipe broke off.**
A: Not sure. I would contact the company!

**Q: Is the pad comfortable enough to use**
A: Yes, at least for me it is comfortable enough, it is also very breathable and can be used in summer
