This ergonomically-designed spa pillow provides both head and neck support as you unwind from a long day. The adjustable strap and balance weight on the other side will keep the pillow in place, so you can easily set the pillow height exactly the way you like it. This strap also gives this pillow the ability to securely connect to all SaluSpa models and most bathtubs. Made of soft sponge coated with a washable mesh material, the Padded Pillow provides an extra layer of comfort. Bonus: this set comes with two pillows, so you can relax comfortably with a friend or family member. It’s perfect for chilling out after a long day, recharging after a draining workout or relaxing with the people you love most. With the SaluSpa Padded Pillow Accessory, you can lay back and get comfortable in your backyard hot tub or bathtub. Review: Awesome pillows - I picked these up for our SaluSpa because the built in edge just wasn’t comfortable for longer soaks, and these headrests made a surprisingly big difference. The padding is soft without feeling flimsy, and the adjustable strap actually keeps them in place instead of constantly sliding around like some cheaper spa pillows I’ve tried before. The mesh cover is a nice touch too. It dries quickly and doesn’t feel gross or waterlogged after using the hot tub several nights in a row. I also like that they’re easy to rinse off and seem well made overall. After a few weeks of use, the stitching and foam still look brand new. One thing I appreciated is that they sit at a good height for neck support without pushing your head too far forward. That made lounging in the tub much more relaxing during longer sessions. The gray color also matches the SaluSpa aesthetic really well and doesn’t stand out awkwardly. If I had one minor complaint, it’s that you may need to readjust the straps occasionally depe Review: Good quality! - The Bestway pillows were purchased sometime back and are still in use. They are of good quality and very useful. The seems hold together on the damp environment of the spa and the pillows are constructed to dry out between using. ## Features - Comfortable Headrest Pillows: Saluspa padded headrest pillows provide a cozy, relaxing experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day in your hot tub or bathtub. - Adjustable Strap: Equipped with an adjustable strap to customize the pillow height, ensuring the perfect fit and support for your neck and head. - Wide Compatibility: Designed to fit all SaluSpa models and most bathtubs, making these spa pillows versatile accessories for various relaxation settings. - Easy to Clean: Covered with breathable, washable mesh fabric, these padded sponge pillows are not only comfortable but also simple to keep fresh and clean. - Compact Size: Measuring 9 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 2 inches tall, this neck spa pillow offers effective support in a small, convenient design. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B095KZZ6M5 | | Best Sellers Rank | #155,204 in Beauty & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Beauty & Personal Care ) #114 in Bath Pillows | | Brand | Bestway | | Brand Name | Bestway | | Color | Grey | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 2,294 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00821808044863 | | Included Components | 2-Pack of Inflatable Hot Tub Pillow | | Item Dimensions L x W | 9"L x 5"W | | Item Type Name | Padded Pillows (2-Pack) | | Item Weight | 0.26 kg | | Manufacturer | Bestway | | Manufacturer Part Number | 60316 | | Material | Washable Mesh | | Material Type | Washable Mesh | | Material Type Free | Polypropylene-exclusive | | Model Number | 1060316NAX22 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 2 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Product Dimensions | 9"L x 5"W | | Recommended Uses For Product | Reading | | UPC | 821808044863 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Bestway - **Color:** Grey - **Material:** Washable Mesh - **Product Care Instructions:** Hand Wash Only - **Product Dimensions:** 9"L x 5"W ## Images ![Bestway 2 Pack SaluSpa Padded Headrest Pillows with Adjustable Strap to Adjust Height, Washable Mesh Cover, Compatible with SaluSpa Hot Tubs, Gray - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81g+o8YMUaL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome pillows *by R***S on May 8, 2026* I picked these up for our SaluSpa because the built in edge just wasn’t comfortable for longer soaks, and these headrests made a surprisingly big difference.
