Since I'm only powering case fans, it only needed two of the four wires, so I pulled out the two I didn't need (which is why there are only two wires in the my attached pictures), and soldered it all up. My previous molex cable was loose so the male end would just fall out if you breathed on it. The female end of this molex cable holds onto the male connector properly. I mean, there's not much to say - it's a molex cable and it delivers power. Works fine! What more could you want? Well, one complaint is that the pins inside the plastic connector housing wobble around a bit, since they're crimped to the wires and the plastic housing is sort of just slipped onto them.
