It is widely used for chip bonding in micro- and opto-electronic hybrid circuit fabrication, as well as microwave applications requiring EMI and RFI shielding, circuit board assembly and repair, and electronic component manufacturing. This smooth, soft paste is highly versatile and can be applied by hand, automatic dispensers, screen printing, transfer, or stamping techniques.
