Now, I have a bunch of these I was intending to give as Christmas gifts but don't want to gift them if there is a chance of them breaking! So the Lifter Hamper is a fantastic concept but does need some work (reinforced straps, locking wheels, easy way to remove the bag from the rack, etc.). Early adopters, beware. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bad instructions, hard to assemble, but good product. *by P***R on July 6, 2015* This could have been a 5 star review but for the difficulty in putting it together and the really bad instructions that refer to unlabeled parts and don't even discuss the velcro strap that you apparently put between the bottom bars to apparently prevent a collapse. I don't know why manufacturers don't test products by having people who have never see the product try to assemble it. This product appeared on Shark Tank, and one of the criticisms was that it wasn't very mobile and thus veered from the reason why this product was invented (by an inventor with a bad back). With the addition of the casters it is much improved and more practical. If you have your clothes washer on the same level as the hamper you can roll this to the washer. This will be a back saver. The spouse (who has a terrible back) hasn't see it yet.
