The difference in remotes is in things like the number of buttons for HDMI inputs, AV inputs, NET input and such. So count the number of inputs of each type on your receiver and make sure the remote can select all the ones you plan to use. **Q: Will this work as a direct replacement for the RAV 532?** A: I am not sure if it's working with RAV 532, but it's working fine with RAV 534 **Q: Does this remote work with rx-v6a receiver?** A: The RAV534 will turn on & off the rx-v6a receiver.
