However, they produce the same amount of light as my old panels, I don’t know how they do it but I don’t really care as long as they light up my office! I wanted to just acknowledge BOWHED’s customer service as they were excellent in my experience. I called their office with a few questions regarding wiring and installation during the weekend, and of course they were closed (silly me). To my surprise, someone called me back first thing Monday morning and was able to help me with my questions.
