At first, it worked extremely well but recently stopped working altogether. It runs through its regeneration cycle as programmed but makes no soft water. I worked through the troubleshooting guide checking everything that was suggested but nothing worked. I then attempted to call Customer Service but no one answered. I called five times over two weeks each time leaving my name and contact information. I never received any response. Once, someone actually answered the phone only to tell me no technicians were available but assured me someone would get back to me right away. Nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable; This unit was not inexpensive.
