This can in turn result in stomach aches and poor gut/digestive health. Second, if you plan to use this product regularly (more than once per week) like I do, it is CRITICAL that you: 1.) Drink PLENTY of water every day; 2.) Maintain a diet containing foods that are high in fiber (beans, nuts, whole grains, green veggies, fruits, and hot black coffee); and 3.) The Delta Diverter system worked perfectly. No leaks. It was easy to attach to my shower. The long 10" rubber insertion piece feels so comfortable. All these worked together so well I ordered it again for my other shower. The piece that holds the hose up has been secure against my shower wall all along. I've had this for about six months now. Perfect! My dilemma is trying to figure out how I can travel with a new 10" piece and install it into a bulb of some kind. No I dont use all 10 inches.
