The best feature is that it only turns on when it feels vibration, so I don't have the glowing light keeping me awake. I don't honestly understand all the controls, but I got it to work and it tells time and temperature and I can set the alarm, so that's enough for me! It takes 4 batteries instead of three; but, you'll want to use the USB/AC adapter to not waste batteries.
