Review: Took a few hours to get the old screen out and replaced, its not too complex but requires you to disassemble most of CUE system. The quality of this screen matches the OEM perfectly. Im absolutely blown away by it for only 100$ CAD it works exactly like new. Theres no screen lag, defects or sensitivity issues. You would never know it was replaced ( 2016 srx ). Beats the dealership charging you like 2000$.

A: My screen was doing the same thing, I replaced the screen and it worked well. I had some problems with reinstalling the dashboard trim after repairing the screen.

A: Our screen was unresponsive because it was cracked from the sun... This one has been in place for years with no cracks...

Took a few hours to get the old screen out and replaced, its not too complex but requires you to disassemble most of CUE system. The quality of this screen matches the OEM perfectly. Purchased this in hopes that I wouldn’t have to get it replaced by the Cadillac dealer for the 4th time! I am by no means a mechanic; just a stay at home mom who was tired of having a broken screen in my 2015 ATS 2.0T Luxury. I watched two YouTube videos and can confirm that it wasn’t a difficult installation. Took me under 2hours to remove and install everything back to its original state. All the holes lined up with no issues. It works perfect! Saved me over $1800! I have no lagging issues either.
