I wear the medium in one ear & the large in the other. They all fit the Marvel. **Q: Will these fit Kirkland 9.0 Hearing Aids?** A: Probably not, and too bad as I find them very comfortable. The are for the Phonak hearing aides released in late 2018. I believe that Costa is selling Phonaks under its Kirkland brand name. The Kirkland 9.0 is the previous Phonak **Q: Will these fit on the new Phonak Paradise hearing aids? They look the same, but not sure if they're the same size on the bottom where you attach them?** A: Yes these fit the new style hearing aids Marvel and Paradise **Q: Are these 054-0786?** A: Yes, the dome I use are 054-0786.
