SiDiary stopped working so I wanted to switch to ArkCare Upload. When I contacted them for support, they said that problem was likely with my cable which they don't support (ArkCare Upload just came out and I;ve had the cable for a year). The SiDiary software works, I was having issues getting data from the Walmart ReliOn Prime monitor, and changed the device selection in the SiDiary application to the Arkay GLUCOCARD Vital ( Arkay is the manufacturer for the ReliOn Prime, and it seems to be the identical device - except for the device case). **Q: Any macos software available for this?** A: Yes.
