After many attempts I gave up and took the document to a wedding photographer who put it on the floor and climbed a ladder to get it all in actual size. The photo lab, which I had tried first, wanted it left and wouldn't allow me to make an appointment so I would be on hand while they did it. The photographer was the best bet. I had a difficult tine getting it to work, so contacted tech support. After taking me through all troubleshooting steps, it was determined the device had an issue.
