Falling apart after 10 days wear. Carhartt replaced. Color in the picture is accurate. Have washed it once with no fading. Very comfortable.UPDATE April 27, 2015: Dropped from 5 star. I have worn this for about a total of no more than 2 weeks for nice, casual use. The left elbow "patch" has come unsewn for about 1/2 inch. It appears that the cross stitching was barely touching the material, and the material has pulled out, leaving a hole. It is beyond the 30 days return for Amazon. I have "chatted" with Carhartt, and chat said that I need to call their 800 number, and they will give me a return authorization. If their QA determines that this was a manufacturing defect (which I believe it is), they will send a replacement and pay for my shipping. I will update this when the transaction is complete, one way or the other.Update Jan 28, 2016. I was reminded by a reader to update that Carhartt replaced the sweater after examining it. I ordered a medium since I usually wear M to L and I read that the sizes tend to be somewhat larger. That is true but not excessive. It's big enough to fit nicely and give you room to maneuver. It's nice, thick and has some weight to it which I like. The one thing I didn't like is that the color faded extremely fast. I got the brown color or "coyote tan" as I like to call it and it faded by the second and third wash. So it quickly went form a nice sweater to wear to the store to "my new construction sweater." Typically the sleeves aren't long enough and shoulders usually too tight. If I go to XXL size the shoulders and sleeves then fit BUT THEN I'm wearing a Tent. So I was doubtful about the claims that Carhartt runs large.Reviews say to order a size smaller...hmmm. Decided to give it a try - and YES - the XL is perfect size - and shoulders fit fine. But the Tall size was unnecessary - sleeves are too long. Returned this for an XL reg and all is fine. I've never run across a maker who cuts a Reg XL that fits me.
