Our refillable bottles are designed in the United States and responsibly manufactured in China. They are tested to comply with California Prop 65 and are BPA, BPS, and heavy metal free. We are proud to have worked closely with Cradle to Cradle from the inception of our company to receive the Platinum Material Health Certificate on all of our bottles (the highest rating). **Q: For how long is the product good after water is added?** A: In the packaging, our tablets have a shelf life of 2 years. Once dissolved, they have a shelf life of 1 year, which is on par with other solutions that are made without harmful ingredients. Additionally, we’ve received the Platinum Material Health Certificate from Cradle to Cradle, the USDA BioPreferred certification, EPA Safer Choice certification, and Leaping Bunny (cruelty free) certification for all of our cleaning spray formulations. **Q: My bottles leak from the nozzle. it’s a slow drip even if I turn it to off or loosen the lid. how can i fix that?** A: We suspect that this may have happened because the nozzles were placed on the bottle before the tablets were fully dissolved (as they release carbonation while they're dissolving, it builds up pressure in the bottle and that pressure ends up releasing through the nozzle).
