Any movement will disconnect the power supply; so one may assume it is charging because it is still plugged in, but no power is being sent to the phone. I mean, simply the motion to set the phone down often stops the charging process. I rated it one star in a review and the seller contacted me and offered to refund my money and replace the 3 charging cables. I erased the review and tried the new cables. They are the same as the previous cables. I can't complain too much because now have 6 cables that don't work correctly but it cost me nothing; but I would much rather have payed for 3 reliable charging cables. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product -- even better customer service *by C***X on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2017* Cables work great. I used the 10ft and 3ft daily until 10ft just randomly stopped working completely. I was fine with it, cause I used the 6ft as a back up, but then my 3ft cord did the same exact thing.
