Works great to let the fat drip off and allow air circulation all around the skin-on chicken legs I baked. They came out delicious with minimal prep needed (buy skin-on chicken leg quarters, rub on oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice, place on baking sheet with rack and bake). Cleanup of the sheet is easy and straightforward. Cleanup of the rack is a little more time-consuming because I move the soapy dish cloth in multiple directions over every inch of each side, giving special attention to the feet in case any food is stuck in them. Then I run water over every spot, while rubbing with my hand to ensure all the soap is off. Then I examine carefully under good lighting and touch-up any missed spots. The non-stick coating definitely helps to make cleaning this set easier, as I've been able to clean them without any soaking or heavy scrubbing needed. Just time-consuming because there are so many nooks and crannies and I'm thorough to go over everything well. I am really glad I have a large sink to wash/rinse these in, or I'd have soap and water splashed everywhere with a smaller sink. After washing/rinsing I towel dry immediately (well, the pan at least... the grid gets more of a blot-dry). Overall, very happy with this set.
