There was a mistake in my order as filled by desertcart, but the company quickly sent me a replacement and allowed me to keep the product that was sent as well. The tampon used to get stuck and not push out all the way, talk about a mess. I've since tried the new applicator and what a night and day difference. No issues, it works great. Would definitely recommend trying them with the new applicator if you had a bad experience with the old one. I love that these are organic cotton and not filled with toxic chemicals.
