Reduced rating from 3 star to 1. Nothing but problems...Just stopped working & put itself out of my misery! I see the review has been moved to another Wizen device to keep the main ones looking like five star reviewed items. Beware buying anything from this company!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Adequate. From the reviews left by other users, I was quite honestly expecting more. I use it exclusively as a blue tooth for my phone.The Cons: The on & off switch feels cheap & stiff. The button on the unit to answer/hang up calls is the same. Other reviews claimed there was a ear hook in their package for those who preferred it to just plugging it into your ear. mine did not have this option which I would have preferred. I would have liked more volume from the unit. What it does have is adequate however.The Pro's: Sound quality seems to be good on both the callers end as well as the person being called. It does stay in the ear well and is very light. It charges quickly. If a very affordable blue tooth is what your after this should do the job well. I hope the switches hold up. That is a concern. The on/off seems to be getting easier to turn off/on so I'm optimistic. Overall it's a decent unit but not up to the rave reviews left by others. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer support *by F***6 on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2017* Works but right bud volume is half of left bud. Bought 2 and the other works ok. Buds are hard to change out. Had to use Olive oil to slip onto ear piece but it worked.Update: Was contacted by Wiszen customer support and they offered a replacement for the defective headphone. My wife and I love the ear buds. The first and only bluetooth I have ever purchased where the person on the other line had no issues hearing me. I've had much more expensive bluetooth headsets that performed much worse.
