I took a chance and ordered this beause I have really been trying to slim down some extra fat I put on during pregnancy with my third child. I workout for 2 hours every day and thought this would just add a little extra to that.The first day I used it, I only used a tiny little bit because I had never used it before and wasn't sure what to expect. I only used it on my tummy. I put the cream on, a tank top, and my tummy wrap. Noticed no difference at all.The next day I used it again, this time I used a significantly larger amount. Again, I rubbed it all on my tummy and didn't use the tummy wrap. It burned a little bit. Not tingled. Burned. But it didn't feel like it was penetrating into fat cells or anything. More like I'd rubbed hot sauce all over my tummy. I could tolerate it, but it wasn't pleasant.After working out, I shower. The shower water intesified the heat. My skin actually turned red where it was applied. Again, I can tolerate it... but I don't know why I would. I have been using it for over a week and haven't noticed any difference in the appearance of anything. I mean.. yeah... it's only 1 week. But for the intense amount of heat you feel.. and the redness on your skin afterwards. I should be a skinny legend and I am not lol..I do sweat alot when I use it... but I sweat everywhere... not just where I apply the cream.. so it DOES add heat which DOES makes you sweat.. which should aid in fat loss overall... but I am warning you... it BURNS on your skin. The bottle claims it has a "fresh scent" but it's more of a pepto bismol scent. I won't purchase again.

The cream doesn’t burn but you will be sweating like a crackhead once placed. I go walking then slight trotting , running up bleachers. I used this cream everyday for extra sweating. This product hasn’t failed me yet and also no weird smells.

I like that the product had no scent for the most part, a slight tint of vics but other then that nothing. It is a tad greasy but I don't mind. Left my skin very soft, definitely made me sweat. Just sitting around I was sweating.

Very impressed with this cream. After using it for a week, a very stubborn (and large) striation of cellulite on my inner thigh was completely gone -- wish I had taken before-and-after photos, but it was so unattractive, I couldn't bring myself to capture it for posterity. Nothing I did before budged it (for the past six months, I've worked out five days a week). Before I started regularly exercising I’d pretty much let myself go, so as you can imagine, there is quite a buildup of cellulite around my thighs, posterior and legs – however, having finished the first jar of this cream, those areas are now significantly smoother -- I can actually look at myself in shorts and not flinch. That kind of result is well worth enduring the (temporary).
