(Got one as a spare.) I had needed a simple two wire connection and not the barrel plug and cut the plug off of one I already had...then I needed another with the barrel back in place and was like - uh oh - so I ordered a replacement - this one. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised to find not just the transformer but it also included a barrel plug adapter to a simple two wire terminal block! This would have been just what I needed when I cut the cord off of my existing one. A very nice addition to the device and makes it even more useful.
