I do take OTC pills and sprays but it’s this turmeric that really staves off infection. I don’t really measure it- I just fill the dropper about an inch, for 16 ounces of liquid I do that twice. It does have an unusual taste, but I got used to that quickly. Sometimes I put it in ice tea, works just as well.
