## Questions & Answers

**Q: When i use ity friends hear a constant amp like noise emitting from my headset what can i do?**
A: Buy a new one this one sucks

**Q: Can i use an adaptor and plug it into the usb port on the ps4? And still get the same quality?**
A: The Recon Chat is a wired, chat-only headset designed to connect right to the 3.5mm headset port on the PS4 controller, as shown here: https://support.turtlebeach.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005397447-Recon-Chat-for-PS4-Quick-Start-Guide

**Q: will this work with nintendo switch?**
A: I got one to use with my switch and it works just fine! If you plan to use it with your switch docked, however, you'll need a mic-compatible aux extender, simply so you aren't 1 foot from your television!

**Q: Is the mic right?**
A: Its perfect actually. Since i wear glasses, the indent that it has helps.
