I'm 121 lbs, 32B, about a 29" waist. The medium wasn't terribly large, just looser than expected so I do believe a small would work better. I got a refund and will purchase a small and probably post an update on the fit. Aside from that, the material was great, not at all see through. It's a very cute shirt. **Update** The small does fit better, although I think the shirt altogether is just a tad bit awkward for me (although I can be picky so that's more me than the shirt). I'm not sure.
