**Q: I can't get mine to work**
A: Work with T95, T10, T10 Plus, T8 Pro, QBox and Amlogic S912 T95Z Pro, T95K Pro, T95V Pro, T95U Pro, T95W Pro Android TV Box. 
cannot work for others model, you should buy the wrong model for your tv box. E.g: not work some T95X.

A: Hi alexis eyster, it will work directly after put in the battery, no need to program. If not work, maybe not the compatible remote for the tv box. A: no dongle

**Q: Can't get it to work with my T95 box**
A: You should be able to just plug usb fob in the tv box.
