Each 1” bead creates audible feedback as the rope turns, helping you time your jumps perfectly. Beginners love how quickly they can find their rhythm, and advanced skippers enjoy the precision for crossovers, double unders and more complex tricks. This beaded jump rope is built for real training. The beads are shatter-resistant and glide smoothly over indoor floors, gym mats and even abrasive outdoor surfaces. The 5” handles are virtually unbreakable, giving a comfortable, secure grip for every workout. The segmented design prevents tangling and keeps rotation smooth, allowing you to focus on your skipping rather than fixing twists. Adjusting the rope is simple. It fits jumpers from 4’ to 6’4”, and you can customise the length by trimming the cord or removing beads, no tools required. This makes it a versatile fitness rope for families, groups, gyms and personal training. Whether you’re training speed, agility, strength or endurance, this beaded skipping rope for adults delivers a full-body workout. Use it as part of boxing, CrossFit, HIIT, warmups or general cardio. It helps build stronger bones, better timing and improved conditioning, all in a fun, dynamic way. Elite Jumps believes in helping people develop a lifelong skill in skipping. How do I adjust the length?** A: The beaded rope is easy to adjust. Slide the cord out of the handle and untie the knot. Slip the handle off the cord (be careful not to lose the plastic washer that is in the end of the handle). Next…slide off as any beads as needed to shorten the rope for your height. Then slide the handle back on; slide the washer back in place; and retire the knot. Last…cut the excess cord and singe the end with a lighter or the burner on your stove (carefully). To keep it from fraying. **Q: Are theses beaded ropes different in quality than the more colorful ones (by elite srs)?** A: Hi there! The Do Hard Things 1" beaded jump ropes are the same quality as all of our other ropes. They come standard with 5" unbreakable handles, 1" shatterproof beads, and we back all of that up with a one year warranty plus our friendly customer service available at any time to help you if any issues are to arise. **Q: Do the beads break easy? bought a bead rope from dunham’s and it broke first use on concrete. no fancy tricks. just regular jumping.** A: I like the rope, but, you should know, I am not exactly good at skipping rope. I like the rope. The weight from the beads provided enough feel to help me learn to skip rope. I am 250 lb, or so. I use mine on a horse stall mat the vast majority of the time, but have used it on pavement a little. In any case, the beads have held up to me landing on them more often than I would care to admit. My recommendations would be to 1) adjust the length of the rope to fit you slowly (I.,e cut it down in increments to reduce the risk you will over cut it) and 2) save the extra beads you removed when cutting the rope to size. This way, you can replace any that crack and get more life out of the rope. **Q: How long is this rope?** A: The Do Hard Things Beaded Jump Rope comes in a standard 10ft length, and is completely adjustable. ## Frequently Bought Together - Elite Jumps - Do Hard Things 1” Beaded Jump Ropes - Strong & Durable Materials - Resize & Adjust - Fitness & Cardio Training - Improve Rhythm, Speed, Agility - Elite Jumps | 6mm PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness | Indoor/Outdoor Adjustable Boxing Jump Rope w/Unbreakable Handles & Ultra-Durable Non-Kinking PVC | Skipping Rope for Men & Women & Boxer Rope Jump Rope - dofopo Jump Rope Mat 71"/63"x24" Larger Non-Slip Indoor Outdoor Exercise Fitness Mat, High-Density Workout Shock Absorption for Home Gym Flooring Concrete Jumping Rope --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/431889194-elite-jumps-1-beaded-rope-10ft-adjustable-5-handles](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/431889194-elite-jumps-1-beaded-rope-10ft-adjustable-5-handles) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
