- As ceramics are made with high-temperature soil(higher than 1230°C) and unlike plastic or glass, the surface of the product could be partially uneven like stain of glaze, pin hole, tiny scratch and fine lump.

**Q: Why doesn't it have an overglaze? Whats the point if you cant even wash it with a normal sponge?**
A: Because of its reflective quality. If it were to be sealed then you would lose the reflective quality. Honestly you should only need a soft sponge in order to clean it the outside. I don’t see why you would need an abrasive sponge. Just wash it with a soft sponge and you will be OK. I’ve had no issues with mine.
