I got this one because I liked how the blue color in the photo would nicely distinguish from another black one I have of exactly the same size and style. Unfortunately, the blue color shown (close to SteelBlue) isn't what was delivered; the case I received is more of a gray-blue, somewhere between SlateGray and LightSteelBlue. Still, it's a nice color and I can tell it apart from my black one. As I can't offer 4.5 stars, I would ding this review by a half-star for mild color misrepresentation, but otherwise the case is a versatile and well-constructed media storage/transport, so I'll give it the benefit of 5/5.The inside has six elastic pouches, three on each side. Something I haven't seen mentioned is that each pouch is perfectly sized to hold the plastic cases that SD/microSD cards and their adapters come in. You can stack two of these on top of each other in each pouch if they are the thin style. I also have an SD card reader (USB 3, Lightning, Android/microUSB) in one of the pouches, and keeping my USB thumb drives on the other side allows the full complement of all of my portable media. The elastic is snappy, effectively holding a couple/few of the tinier USB drives ("low profile" or "Ultra Fit") without them falling out of their pouch.Padding/shock protection is modest but not insignificant. This handy media case fits in a shirt pocket, if a little bulkily, it is nice-sized.Get one, get two! These are pretty close to perfect for what they are designed to do.The potential for the thickness of the case accommodating larger items is somewhat impressive: if you have one and wanted to, you could also store an iPod touch in one of these (perfect size for it), even along with your USBs/SDs/reader. A portable hard drive might fit, but only if it is a 2.5" drive and its enclosure is slim. Maximum inside dimensions for that sort of storage might be about 12x10x1 cm, but then you reduce the number of USB sticks, SD card cases or card readers you can also store, unless they are small, thin and few. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for Case Logic! *by M***D on August 7, 2014* Perfect USB Storage!Adding to the well-deserved positive reviews:I now have two of the six-USB ones pictured here (and also have owned several of the two-USB ones, also from Case Logic, for many years now -- more on that, down below).This second six pack, in blue, I just bought is just as great as the first one, from years ago Dimensions are as listed (about five inches tall by three inches wide, and about an inch deep) and it can really hold more than just six, although, as it shows, it has only six "pockets" to actually hold a USB drive firmly in place.For me, I've found that it can hold six, using the pockets, and then several more, loosely, if you are needing more storage and if you're okay with opening the case carefully so your loose ones don't fall out. I generally just slot a few loose ones in between the pocket areas, since there is plenty of room. I use it for USB drives for my car stereo, so it's great in the glove box to hold up to eight drives or even ten drives easily, since, as others have pointed out, most drives today are much smaller than the ones pictured.It zips all the way around, so even a loose drive doesn't fall out. It offers convenience of storage, and a degree of protection from dirt or dust. A great buy!A side note, on the two-USB case -- it's a fold-over design, as advertised -- I have no idea why people complain that it is poorly built, or that the plastic pocket is at risk to rip or tear. I have been using several of these, with daily use, for years, and I have yet to have ANY issues with the build quality.It easily holds two USB drives, and, unless a person is using some crazy novelty USB drive of massive size, I don't know why anyone would say these are only for something the size of an SD card. Makes no sense. They are more than large enough to hold two standard size thumb drives (like the SanDisk Cruzer Glide, for example) and still fold over and stay closed with the Velcro closure. Yes, the case is best used for drives on the order of 1/4 inch thick, but, as I say, that is pretty standard size for drives these days, so it's a mystery why folks are complaining of a lack of space.Don't let bad reviews hold you off of the two-drive model -- it works great! Plus it has the handy clip, which has also stood the test of time, in my experience.So, both are great products, and, of the ones I've had for many years, both the six and two USB designs, I've had no issues at all, and they are as solid today as the day I bought them.Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice case for home use!! I have 3 of them. *by A***. on July 12, 2014* Very nice case. You can see each drive and yet they do not touch one another nor do they move around. Nice quality. I have 3 and am thinking about buying one more. Much better then putting them in plastic bags. Also keeps you from losing them. Anyone with more than 4 or 5 jump drives should probably get one or two of these. I have no idea why some have written negative reviews. There is not much to say that is bad. Nice job with design and construction for the price. I keep mine at home. I suppose if you are mobile and want to save on bulk you might not need one but for home use their fantastic. the drives are held in place with an elastic mesh that you can see through. It works well.Its padded but of course if you stomp on one you might break the drives inside. But then you would need a case made out of strong heavy metal or plastic that would be much larger and more expensive. It all depends on what you are looking for.
