**Q: Will it lay flat in a curved transition?**
A: Don't know the answer.  I returned the item, because it did not work for my project.

**Q: Can I paint this to match the painted brick steps I have?**
A: I doubt if you can paint it...very rubbery. But I've not tried to paint it..... Good luck. I was not very happy with the adhesion of this product.... gb

**Q: Is it easy to remove once placed?**
A: The carpet floor transition strip with strong self adhesive. It will not fall off easily once installed.

**Q: Any chance the adhesive would work well on carpet? Our tile is higher than our carpet in transition.**
A: Shoe goo for glue and let setup 24 hr
