You can IR to another Palm easily. **Q: Is the softwsre, dock and all cables included?** A: This is very old so be aware I haven't been able to sync to my phone. All cables are included. Don'0t remember a docking station but it00'0s been so long. I just use it for storage of addresses and online acts and passwords. **Q: does it sync with Vista 32?** A: I am not sure. I used Windows XP and then 7, both 32 bit and 64 bit. All worked well. But you do have to find the right drivers. There are some sites out there that sell driver updates. They will work for you. I like my Palm so much that I have bought two new ones as back-ups since they aren't made anymore.
