If you’re looking for a natural spray, this isn’t the one for you. **Q: Since there are oils in the spray will it stain my sheets?** A: It did not stain my Percale sheets & pillow cases. I found the smell to be nauseating the 1st. Night on clean sheets, and anxious to take them off & wash them in the morning & the smell was still as strong. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep that night. I’ve not used since & never will. **Q: How does the melatonin help? I.e. what is the delivery method? Is it aresolized? Or does it absorb through the skin if you apply this to your body?** A: It is not an aresol. It is a light favorable fragrance. Melatonin is natural so it absorbs into the nose and skin - there is also a Dr. Teals night lotion on the market - and all encourage sleep. Even if it doesn't work I still like the products because they have all worked magic with me!
