## Description

Tomcat® is designed to kill. Tomcat® Glue Traps with Eugenol for Enhanced Stickiness are the , non-toxic way to stop a mouse right in its tracks. Our professional-strength glue formulation is pre-scented and has the ideal combination of immediate grip and stretchable hold to effectively capture mice and other household , including cockroaches, ants, spiders, and scorpions. Tomcat® Glue Traps come ready to use right out of the box, so you can get to mouse-hunting immediately. Rodents have a natural tendency to run along walls as they move from hiding to feeding, so we recommend placing your traps up against the walls of rooms or cupboards where activity is suspected, such as kitchens, basements, or garages. If a mouse has not been caught in 2-3 days, place the trap in an alternate location. Once the mouse has been captured, dispose of the trap and rodent in the trash. Each package of Tomcat® Glue Traps contains four disposable mouse-sized traps.

Review: They Work Well - I hav been blessed. I’ve only had mice once or twice in all the years I’ve lived in my home. I’ve been here for almost 36 years. The last time there was a mouse in my house was over a decade ago and luckily there was only one. In the past my husband would pick up some spring traps and he would Sal with it when they were caught. Unfortunately I have had the biggest infestation I’ve experienced in the last 36 years. To make matters worse they were in my bedroom, I was really surpris d by this because I have 2 dogs that are in my room all the time. My family has 2 cats. I guess despite the fact that my dogs are little barks butt’s they were less scary then the cats. A little over a month ago I had been in the kitchen make my dinne. Wh n I went into my bedroom I was shocked to find a dead mouse on my floor. I don’t know if one of the cats had killed it or my dog, but I’m guessing it was my daughter’s cat Kiki. Our other cat doesn’t venture out of my daughter’s room much. He’s to afraid of the dogs: My fist thought was not fit to express here as it consisted of a few bad words. I started thinking maybe it was just the one because I hadn’t seen signs of others. Then I heard something noisy in my closet that sounded like something falling. It was followed by the squeaks of the rodent it was. They really give me the heebie-jeebies. I would say they scare me to death, but it’s more a case of they freak me out. I don’t know what I was going to do. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to set the spring traps. I have a central nervous system disorder that causes a lot of shaking, especially in my hands. I really didn’t think I would be able to set a trap without snapping my own fingers. I know there are a lot of people who find sticky traps inhumane, but they were uninvited guests in my home and I wasn’t about to catch them and let them outside so they could get back in my house. I don’t drive and I’m in a wheelchair I wouldn’t be able to have taken. I’m very far anyway. The sticky traps arrived and I was really happy with how affordable they were. I was a little worried that they wouldn’t be sticky enough because they were one of the cheaper packs that I had came across but happily they worked very well. I placed them around my room in areas that my dogs couldn’t get to with a little smear of peanut butter. I put them out not long before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning, I could hear the sounds of some heavy squeaking. One of the traps had two mice stuck to it one looked to be fully grown, and the other was about half it size. My next thought was a hack. How am I gonna get it up without touching them but I have a grabber that makes it easier for people who have physical limitations to get things. I know this may sound cruel, but I put them in a bucket of water. I just felt like it was the easiest thing and less cruel than to leave them, stuck and fighting to get off because they were really tearing their legs apart trying to get free. I had to be painful. So far counting the one the cat or dogs got they’ve been five. I still have sticky traps out, but I haven’t called any in close till week so fingers crossed and prayers to God maybe that’s all of them only time will tell. Honestly, I’m happy with my decision to go with the sticky traps. It was safer for me. I wasn’t comfortable putting out poison because of the cats and the dogs. People can talk about humane ways to die and in my opinion there is no human way. No matter how you look at it death is not pleasant. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about a small rate like a mouse or a fully grind human being. Not only do mice bring up health concerns they can do a great deal of damage. Mice breed rapidly and the traps are effective.
Review: Stops mice in their tracks! Highly Recommended!!! - I'm sitting here enjoying my morning cup of coffee and there are no noises in the attic. It's silent, and it's all thanks to these amazing mouse traps. These sticky traps are really amazing. So far, in under two weeks, I have caught over a dozen mice: three in my home, eight in the attic, one shrew near the edge of the garage door, and several large spiders and beetles. These traps are so good I had to order three more packs! I'm about to order more! The key is to put a dab of peanut butter in the center of the trap, where the plastic point sticks up. The mice can't resist and have to try to get to the peanut butter. Once they put one foot on, there's no turning back! These also work as entry barriers against shrews, mice, ants, and spiders, if you have holes near your garage door. The only issue I have is getting the trap to stay put. One mouse managed to make it half way across my living room while still in the trap! Another disappeared somewhere in the attic with the trap still attached. Guess I'll have to use little ropes to tie them in place! Just for fun, I put one in the basement and noticed the peanut butter was missing and a lot of hair on one of the traps...apparently we have a mouse in the basement too. He got on the trap and was able to wriggle his way off over time. I bought three more packs of traps, and continued to put them in the attic over the course of two weeks. So far I have caught at least a dozen mice. I had no idea there were so many up there. Yes, it's a bit inhumane, because they struggle to get out (and if you don't check the traps frequently, they can actually wriggle their way out of the glue leaving a bunch of mouse hair behind!) but nothing else would work to eliminate our mouse problem. One mouse, when he saw me, actually gave out a little squeal and seemed to give out a little sigh and relax his entire body as if he was saying, "Oh crap! The human is here. I've been trying to get out of this trap all night and now I'm surely toast." I made sure he was stuck a bit better by mashing him into another trap with a caught mouse (effectively making a mouse sandwich) before throwing them both into the trash. Last winter we had mice scratching their ears in the attic above our heads, and no amount of banging on the ceiling would get them to stop. Now it is dead silent. I'm looking forward to a peaceful winter... Overall I highly recommend these traps over standard or electronic mouse traps. They have brought me a lot of peace of mind and ... quiet!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what size are they ... product shows 0.6 x 0.6 x 4.9 inches does not seem right ?**
A: The dimensions are closer to 3" X 4.5".

**Q: Is this product popular with consumers?**
A: Yes, it's effectiveness on mice is not as good as you would think though, some mice are very intelligent and will not go near them. I like the glue traps because they also catch brown recluse spiders and crickets.

**Q: Is the glue in this stronger than the white Catchmaster traps? Those didn’t work at all for me; didn’t catch any mice.**
A: I've been using these traps for years. The glue is so strong, if you touch it by mistake you'll get good and stuck, too. It'll catch any bug or mouse within touching distance.

**Q: What do you use to pick up the glue tray with the mouse stuck to it ?**
A: This is totally personal preference. Sometimes the mouse is dead when you find it, sometimes it's not. I would not put it anywhere that another animal or child could get to. If it's already dead, no problem, just throw it in the trash you are taking out. If it's not dead you choose what bothers you the least and make it quick or out of site. Either way, anything that touches the glue will get stuck to it and you'll need goo be gone to get it off efficiently. These are the most effective mouse traps I've used. I paid an extermination company a lot of money and they caught zero mice. I bought a bunch of these traps and put them in the mouse running paths and caught all of them. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gets the job done
*by L***T on January 2, 2026*

Definitely works! I live in a townhouse and the unit next to mine was getting some work done to it. Must have disturbed the little guy cause he came over to mine. I have a cat and a dog and I didn’t want them getting ahold of him so I needed something that would work fast without risk of poison. With a few well placed traps he was caught in less than a week. Easy clean up too. So that was nice. They are very sticky so be careful not to touch that part.
