For over 130 years it's their irresistible fruity taste that makes it impossible not to chew them. If you know you love the berry flavours then this pack is for you - featuring Strawberry and Blackcurrant only! ROWNTREE'S Fruit Pastilles: deliciously fruity sweets you can't help but chew! In 1862, Henry Rowntree bought a simple cocoa works in the city of York and turned it into a confectionery company. Henry was joined in business in 1869 by his brother Joseph Rowntree who eventually took over and transformed the company's fortunes. The brothers hired French confectioner August Claude Gaget, and with his expertise, they developed the recipe for ROWNTREE'S Fruit Pastilles, which they launched in 1881. Following on from this, the confectionery company developed ROWNTREE'S Fruit Gums, JELLY TOTS and TOOTY FROOTIES. 2009 saw the launch of the newest edition to the family - ROWNTREE'S RANDOMS. Every bag of ROWNTREE'S RANDOMS contains a different combination of textures, shapes and fruity flavours. ROWNTREE'S pledge no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in any of their products. ## Features - Strawberry & Blackcurrant Fruit Pastilles - Buy 3 in your basket and you will only pay for 2 the 3rd is FREE ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B071W99RQW | | Age Range Description | 3+ | | Best Sellers Rank | #85,973 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #2,045 in Gummy Candies | | Brand | Rowntree's | | Brand Name | Rowntree's | | Candy Consistency | Chewy | | Container Type | Bag | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 73 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegetarian | | Flavor | Strawberry | | Item Form | Gummy | | Item Package Quantity | 6 | | Item Package Weight | 0.14 kg | | Item Shape | Round, Oval | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion | Birthday | | Part Number | 205-574-29E | | Set Name | Strawberry and Blackcurrant | | Size | 5.29 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Artificial Color Free | | Sugar Candy Type | Chewy | | Unit Count | 5.29 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rowntree's - **Flavor:** Strawberry - **Item Form:** Gummy - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Unit Count:** 5.29 Ounce ## Images ![Original Rowntrees Fruit Pastilles Strawberry Blackcurrant Pouch Bag Imported From The UK England - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61t6D0kruWL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How big is the bag?** A: I can’t remember exactly, but according to the Rowntree website, they are 150g (which is about 5.25 oz).
