My bride loves it. Great addition to her gardening kit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice garden tool *by on Reviewed in the United States 11 May 2024* I got this primarily for digging and planting.,I have not had it long but have used it to break up soil, clean out weeds, incorporate new soil and fertilizer and plant in containers. It preformed very well. I like that it has a built in hand guard. You don’t have to worry about your hand slipping onto the blade. The blade is dished which allows you to scoop up some soil on it. The blade is also handy for opening potting soil. I have not used it in the ground yet but the serrated edge should come in handy with roots. It is full tang and built like a tank. I would think you would almost have to try to break it. It also has a nice sheath. I like it very much so far. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Quality and Price *by on Reviewed in the United States 30 December 2024* My sister asked for this as a Christmas present since she’s really into gardening. I first tried to buy it off another site but found it cheapest here! I was surprised at how durable and great quality it is! The blade is a good thickness to hold up to a lot of use, and it’s very versatile in what you can use it for. The sheath makes it easy (and safer) to store in your garden bag, and the wooden handle gives it a comfortable fit in your hand, making it easy to use. I can see this being passed down through generations with how well it’s made. It’s a must have if you garden! ## Frequently Bought Together - Barebones Hori Hori Ultimate - Garden Knife with Double-Edged Tempered Steel Blade, Walnut Handle, Ambidextrous Use, Japanese Knife Garden Tool for Weeding and Gardening (Tool & Sheath) - Barebones Pruner & Sheath - Vintage Inspired Japanese Design Pruners for Gardening - Multipurpose Pruning Shears with Canvas Sheath - Gardening Tools Made with Durable Steel - Barebones Garden Scissors - Walnut Plant Scissors - Garden Supplies and Indoor Plant Accessories - Plant Shears with Wide Handles - Comfortable Fit Hand Pruners (Large) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/435453517-barebones-hori-hori-ultimate-tool-walnut](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/435453517-barebones-hori-hori-ultimate-tool-walnut) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
