I have purchased this before with a brush but can't get any product onto the sponge.** A: You have to prime to pump so to speak. Click it 20-30 times, then touch the sponge and see if there's product on your finger. If not, click it 10 more times, then test it. Once it makes it to the applicator sponge, you are set to go.
