Its better to watch some youtube videos of the product before purchasing to get better understanding of whats purpose of this. Overall I made burgers patties with it and they tasted well. Try it! Keep it in refrigerator though.

The taste nutty and smooth. Packaging can be a lot better. The cubes are invariably clumped many times. But it doesn't affect the taste though. It is gentle on stomach and even senior citizens can include it in small quantities in their diet to meet their protein needs it as it doesn't make you feel gassy or heavy like the regular tofu or other soy products. Expensive though!
