A: No. It does not have a headset jack.

**Q: Talking caller ID?**
A: Yes you have the caller ID

**Q: I son't see the call block when i enlarge the picture, where is it located?**
A: I will have to review the directions when I am home. We use Do Not Call and NOMOROBO. D/t our work, we can't block calls, but we do use the caller ID & VM to screen calls.

**Q: how is the volume when having a conversation?**
A: The volume is normal and it can be adjusted up or down if needed.  The ringer is a bit on the low side.
