This one is great because if you used the inner curved side it's quite harsh and strong which can be good if it's been a week since you've done it. I tend to do it every 1-3 days, so I find myself using the outer curved side, which you can control to be more gentle. Even then though, sometimes I do it too often and need to skip a few days so my tongue doesn't get sore. Overall though, I appreciate the value these bring and they work well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My tongue has never been so clean *by F***Y on August 20, 2022* I brush my teeth and tongue as guided by my dentist and have healthy teeth and gums, but I've always felt I have a lot of white gunk on my tongue even after brushing it that just won't come off. Decided to give these tongue cleaners a go to see if it would make any difference. I didn't take before or during pictures but it was like "wow, look at that! (insert gag emoji from the white gunky saliva now in the sink)." These are hard plastic and have a blunt edge that you gently rake across the tongue, and boy do they work. My tongue is now tongue colored without most of the weird white I had on it before.
