This subwoofer amplifier def pushes out the power with a 32v power brick - more than I thought. I am running it with a 4-ohm load on those two Yamaha 18" subs. The amplifier never once has given up or gone into shut down mode. The "GAIN" control is kinda odd and has three click positions. It adds audible line noise, but gives this amplifier more pre-amp gain if needed (for really low SPL subwoofers to match sound levels of the main speakers) UPDATE (Jan, 2025) - Solid buy...this little amplifier is a true subwoofer amplifier with power that will surprise you. I’ve gone through a few plate amps (Dayton) trying to power my 15” Paradigm Servo home subwoofer and this thing pushes it very well.
