It’s not big enough for regular recipes, but if you just need to chop a few veggies, it’s ideal. Just press down and it processes. You can’t choose the speed, but you can control how many times you pulse/push down the processor to create the consistency you want. It successfully ground pistachios and dates, but the blade just nicked the chocolate chips. It did a good job blending. Its plastic bowl and lid are strong. They went through the dishwasher without warping or becoming brittle like the plastic parts of other food processors I’ve had in the past. Because of that, I don’t foresee it not fitting together, breaking or leaking. Easy to take apart for clean up. It doesn’t take up much room in the dishwasher or cupboard. Although I use a food processor often, it is versatile enough for my needs. Its simplicity makes cooking more streamlined rather than being a drawback.
