A: Seems to be micro but you can get your phone carrier to send you out a suitable sim or sim converter to suit

**Q: Where can I get the user manual for this phone?**
A: Hello

I would discourage the purhcase of this phone as it is bit bulky and the back is too slipper so there is increaed risk of it falling on the phone. You would have to be even more careful handling it. The charging isn't great. The interface is somewhat decent but I think it should be cheaper for the cost this phone is sol out on average. The phone should have a rough material of the build to provide better handling. The phone where this day and age should have tripple sim capacity.

**Q: does it use a micro sim**
A: Yes  I’ve used an Alcatel  mobile phone for 15 yrs  and it does use a micro sim.

**Q: can this phone work in ireland with my sim**
A: The phone is unlocked so should work with any SIM in any country.
