Love the handle, it is a vibrant color blue (much nicer than depicted) and the blade is a clean white. It feels very sturdy in my hand and sized just right. I did use it to cut up some veggies and it worked great although it did not feel extremely sharp.Update 2/25/2018: While I snapped some pics to post, I noted that the tip of the knife was chipped. Argh!! Small but significant enough to ruin a cut!! The one thing I've noticed with this knife is that there seems to be a bit more drag/friction when slicing things than with a regular knife made of steel. I assume the drag/friction is caused by the ceramic material.
