This was a great buy, super easy to install and very bright, it lights up my entire patio. I love the dust to dawn feature. So far so good

I would've liked these more had Amazon's lousy website not reset the selection back to the 3k color from the 5k color I had selected and tried to order.Unfortunately I didn't notice that until I received them and was unboxing them.That annoyance about Amazon's poor website aside, while I would've liked the 5k better, these are working fine.Very easy to install, even on a 15 degree Wisconsin winter day. Biggest problem I had with it all was getting the tiny little thumb screws broken loose on the old fixtures that were here since 2004 when I built the house.I had to replace the crossbar on the units I replaced since these are narrower than the ones the old carriage lamps used, but again, simple and quick.I tested both before I permanently screwed them in. The hole for the wires coming in from behind has a rubber grommet in it to help keep weather from penetrating too easily, and even the screws that come in from the wall mount come with two little rubber gaskets that go between the inside wall of this and the nuts that tighten onto those bolts from the wall outlet. So it is about as protected as can be.Even the 3k set here does a good job of lighting up the top of my driveway and my garage door area, although unfortunately it looks off now because the rest of the lights on my front porch and by my front door are 5k... But again, not a problem with these, that's the fault of Amazon's lousy website and how it handles multiple items on a single page, and often refreshes and resets your selection behind your back.So double check your cart when you purchase, make sure Amazon isn't screwing anything up, but other than that, don't be afraid of getting these. They worked far better than I had hoped, and look so much better than my old carriage lamps.

i have 4 of these 3000k. one blew out less than a yr. other three are still working at 18 months. if you just need to see walking the 3000 is bright enough. if you need to work in the area go with 5000. turn on and off as needed. my shed is 30ft away i can walk to it at night no problem.

The garage lights on my home were the traditional metal and glass, rather ornate, fixtures which were popular decades ago. I wanted a more modern, less cluttered, less showy appearance, and these lights fit my needs exactly.Very simple to install, using existing junction box and wiring.The 5000K rating was very important, as I wanted lots of light (daylight equivalent) when these fixtures were on, not the warm ambience provided by lights with a lower K rating.The units are very lightweight without being flimsy. The outer case looks well-made and will, I hope, stand up to coastal Florida weather conditions. We'll see!

It does its job and looks nice. You can notice the poor quality when you're installing. Thin construction and cheap plastic, but it looks fine when it's hung.

They arrived sooner than expected which is always a good thing. They installed very simply, it was taking the old ones out that proved the most labour intensive. The first night we turned them on we were so amazed, they lit up the whole street. We have the brightest driveway lights on it now and the one in the back yard lights up the whole yard. The only thing is that the kids think that it is too modern a look for our 20 year old house. We completely disagree.

solid and quality light , good for outdoor use, easy installation . Do not forget to seal the top gap between metal frame and wall with silicon to prevent rain into the junction box. Thief broken in my house , who come to my backyard first thing is to disarm all my 5 security lights by simply unscrew the light bulbs from fixture or turnoff the switch of solar secrity lights. Those so called secrity light are not secure at all. I replaced those unsecure security lights with these solid outdoor lights.

After installing these lights I was impressed with the amount and quality of the light output. I ordered the daylight version of this product and the light is bright like it is daytime. I have a large deck and it is fully lit.The build quality of thislight fixture is very good and installation is straight forward. I am going to order more.Highly recommended.

These lights work great for any door entry the brightness is very adequate and they are very modern looking.Update: longevity is poor. Claiming 50,000 hours at 12 hours average per day would be 11 year life span but after 31/2 years have failed. Unfortunately for me !

lorsque debaler un des deux items semblais avoir dejas ete utiliser et retourner car il ne fonctionait pas bien. on voyais que le le filage etais usager. en fonction il emet un eclairage qui scintille continuellement.
