**Q: Is the B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? Thank you.**
A: The nutrition list was updated to stop hiding the lies of the company. It's worthless, synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which our bodies cannot use & it deposits Cyanide in our tissue over time the more we use supplements that contain it. :( Their claims of real food forms are deceptive.

**Q: what is the name of the eye vitamin?**
A: I'm assuming that you mean folic acid (folate).  Vitamin B complex is not usually considered an "eye vitamin". A: I don't know the form of B-12 in the vitamins, but the manufacture indicates that the vitamins are from fresh local foods.  I do know that cyancobalamin is made by chemical process and has put me in the ER.  So far this brand of vitamins has not.
