It has stickers to show which plugin goes with which and is very efficient with both charging and headphone connection. A big problem I have with it is how loose the plugin is. I have to occasionally hold it in when I shift to avoid it from slipping enough for it to stop working. It stays in, but isn't far enough in to work.
