First delivery was incorrect item. I recieved a 5 piece tag set instead of the 4 window frame. The tag on the bag did list the item I originally wanted so this was a mis-labeling error. Once I told them I had the incorrect item a new one was shipped immediately and I recieved it 2 days later (on a Sunday).) And this time it was the correct item.The cutting die is super cute & cuts beautifully with dotted detail all around the frame. Im very happy with this product! Its the perfect size to make a card! I put a regular size post-it in the pic so you can see size!

Wish I had start purchasing non-label brands before. I have so many brand label dies that I've paid 2 or 3 times more for. Really worth the money.

Althogh this frame die is just a little smaller than anticipated, it cuts great! If you want a deeper cut, use an extra amount of paper to be sure all the boarder holes get cut. Its a great die with lots of potential! Used it today for tge 1st time and I love it!!!
