Review: Keeps items organized and out of sight. - There are so many trunk organizers available on desertcart that it is difficult to make a decision on which one to buy. I believe I made a good choice with this one from Fortem. Not so big that it fills up the cargo space, but big enough to store the items that I want to keep in the car. You have two large spaces available when it it completely unfolded. One of these can be divided with the Velcro divider that splits the area in half. I also like the cover that lets you keep the contents out of sight. It comes with one stiff bottom panel that holds the space open. Since I plan on using both sides, it would have been nice to have a second one of these panels. It is nice looking and seems to be sturdy and well made. It sticks to the carpeted area of the floor and also has two straps with clips that allow you to keep it in place. I am pleased with my purchase and if my wife wants one for her car I would buy this again.
Review: XL Trunk Organizer...it's fantastic - This is a sturdy organizer despite what some of the negative reviews say. I don't know what they purchased, but it wasn't this one. We bought one two years ago for the truck and it's worked very well. We just bought a second one for the SUV and it's exactly as the first...nothing changed. So I don't know why some reviews said it's different. This will hold a lot of groceries, as this is what we use it for. The side walls are stiff and don't collapse; and with the bottom panels installed, the bottom is stiff and sturdy.. The inner dividers are softer, but with all three of them installed, they don't collapse either. The only cheaply made thing is the cover. The ad pics make it look rigid and it's not. It's just a large piece of material that's attached with velvro on both the long sides to cover everything. It is very flimsy and we do not use it. Not because it's cheap, but because we just don't want to cover the organizer. If you're interested in a great trunk organizer, buy this one...it's worth it.

**Q: i want to know how stiff this product is especially tbe base of it - is it a soft fanric and what exactly is tbe density ? can you please be detailed**
A: The separator is made of card board. So the strength and density is as firm and solid as cardboard. It is not industrial strength material. It is firm enough for domestic car use. Great for things like oils, waters, dust rags, shopping bags etc. But let me tell you if your vehicle is a hatchback this thing stinks for weeks. Like a chemical plant. Its the cardboard that stinks. Bad

**Q: Does this have velcro on the bottom to keep it from sliding around?**
A: The version that I just got in 2023 has a small Velcro and small rubber pad under each of the three sections. I have not traded in a vehicle yet, but it seems it should be sufficient.

**Q: Does it hold grip on all weather mat?**
A: No. Not without some prepping on your part. There is only velcro strips on the bottom intended to adhere to the backing of vehicle seats. I too have a Weathertech mat in my backbend and I just bought the sticky back velcro strips to stick on the mat itself to secure the caddy to then!

**Q: Where is the product made in? If it's China, I'll look elsewhere.**
A: Confirmed: Tag says Made in China. Everything is made in China. My cellphone's battery: From Korea, but made in China. Good luck looking elsewhere. You will be wasting your time.

There are so many trunk organizers available on Amazon that it is difficult to make a decision on which one to buy. I believe I made a good choice with this one from Fortem. Not so big that it fills up the cargo space, but big enough to store the items that I want to keep in the car. You have two large spaces available when it it completely unfolded. One of these can be divided with the Velcro divider that splits the area in half. I also like the cover that lets you keep the contents out of sight. It comes with one stiff bottom panel that holds the space open. Since I plan on using both sides, it would have been nice to have a second one of these panels. It is nice looking and seems to be sturdy and well made. It sticks to the carpeted area of the floor and also has two straps with clips that allow you to keep it in place. I am pleased with my purchase and if my wife wants one for her car I would buy this again.
